The Impotance OF Setting Goals

the imporatnce of setting goals is because that way you have plans in what you want to do later in life. its very important to have goals because that way you don't struggle in what you want to do. having goals will help you accomplish so many things in life. for example my self goals because its easier for me to have them and accomplish them one by one. having goals will will motivate you to do better. you always need motivation to reach higher.  you always have to stick the goals you want to acomplish. you have to show all the people that didn't believe in you that you could accomplish every single of your goal. it migh take sometime but you have to push through it. you'll notice that your a strong person because theirs alot of people that get scared to pass through all these goals and give up on them. accomplishing goals is a really hard step you need to take but you need to learn that you are capable of doing it if you put effort to it.  but setting goals is really important.

student led/ birthday surprise

Yesterday in HPIAM we had a student led conference and i was really scared to come because my grades were not so lovely and i didn't want to upset my mom. My mom told my sister to come to my student led conference and she did my sister got here late but we made it that's what really matters. after the conference we were going to go buy a cake for my #2 mom since my #2 mom lives just a block away from school we parked our car in her garage for we couldn't struggle looking for parking. so me and my sister were walking back to the car and my mom was coming out of her house to go to mine because we have this prayer that we needed to get to at 6 because my godfathers mom passed away so we've been doing a prayer for 9 days today. so she saw us so we gave her a ride to my house then we went to go pick up my sister without my mom knowing. after we picked up my sister we headed to go pick up a cake i bought for her. so then we went home and we hid the cake and my baby sister to surprise her with a cake. my godfather nought hamburgers for everyone to eat and it was so much fun. well till it lasted because then i had to talk to my real mom privately that my grades were not so good. and she really got dissapointed and she gave me a big lecture and i got really sad and dissapointed about my grades. nut i know i will pass at the end of the time.

The Six Rules

Rule 1: Become genuinely interested in other people.

1) "Do this and you will be welcome anywhere."

2) "You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you."

3) "Ask questions to other people, questions that they would enjoy answering."

what this means is that you suppose is that have a conversation to a friend but keep it going. you don't suppose to be only talking about yourse;f but you have to ask her questions about herself because you don't want to get her bored about you. also your friend has to ask you questions about yourself not only about herself. 

Rule 2: Smile

1) "Actions speak louder than words, and a smile says, "I like you. You make me happy. I am glad to see you."

2) "You don't feel like smiling? Then force yourself to smile."

3) "It creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in a business, and is the countersign (witness or indication) of friends."

what this is trying to say is that you need to spread happiness towards the people. sometimes you might be in a bad mood but you still have to smile at the people that hasn't gave you a reason why to be mean towards them. their some people that will love for someone to give them a genuatley smile. their is people that don't have parents and are sad because they don't have soemone for them to make them smile or make them feel loved. so even if you force a smile atleast make it seem like you mean it because sometimes get bothered when you don't mean to smile at them.

Rule 3: Remember names

1) "A man's name is to him the sweetest and most important sound in any language."

2) "If you don't remember names, you are headed for trouble."

what this means is that you need to listen to people when their talking to you. mostly if the person that is talking to is a really sweet person. you don't wnat to make other people feel bad because they think youre ignoring them.  if you forget about something they told you or they forget the persons name their going to feel like you never wanted to talk to them and they wont forget that. so eveerytime they talk to you their going to have that in mind. so everytime you meet someone you need ask for their name and tryto keep it in your head. if for any reason you forget then you kindly have to ask them not just say it like nothing because you might hurt their feelings.

Rule 4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.

" If you aspire to be a good conversationalist, be an attentive listener." 

"Remember that the man you are talking to is a hundred times more interested in himself and his wants and his problems than he is in you and your problems. 

what this means is that you need to listen to the person youre talking to because then they would'nt like for you to not listen to them. when you talk to someone you need to ask them questions about them. the thing you dont need to do is just to talk about yourself because they will get annoyed by you. so you need ask them how they been and questions like that the same to them they need to ask you questions. you don't nesserarly need to ask them questions but you need to keep a conversation about things. however once in a while you could talk about yourself but not always because that will make the person youre talking to not like you. their is also people that don't like to listen to peoples stories but they keep talking about theirs like it concerns you. i feel like thats really rude for the fact that you just want to be everything about you and that's not how it has to be. 

Rule 5: Talk in terms of the other man's interest.

"The royal road to a man's heart is to talk to him about the things he treasures most."

what this means is that you suppose to talk to guys about things they like or that their interested in. maybe throught the time you could both relate. you might also want to ask him about the things the he treasures the most. and he might trust you later on and keep telling you what he treasure the most later on. you suppose to talk about them not just yourself. because you don't want to get him annoyed.

Rule 6: Make the other person feel important--and do it sincerely.

"The desire to be important is the deepest urge in human nature." (John Dewey)"Helping people feel important and appreciated works magic."

what this quote is trying to say is that you should always make other people smile no matter what. you making other people smile is a good feeling for others it works magic. when you make other peole feel good is bc you mean it you always have to be kind about it. people will appreciate you being kind to them. theirs people out there that are having a bad day and you could make it bright by you telling them something nice that will make their day 10 times better. their is also people that have a low selfesteem and you could probably make it better by complementing them.

what i learned in these 6 rules is to learn how to be kind to others for them to like you because theirs alot of people that dislike people that are rude towards them. i also learned how to communicate to others. it also taught me how to approach people. it also taught me how to communicate more with my friends in a better way. forexample ask them how they been and how they feel and not just make it about me. but overall these 6 rules have taught me so much.

Duties and responsibilities: surgeons are medical doctors with additional training to perform general specialized types of surgeries. While the surgeons spend time preparing for procedures, reviewing files and meeting with the patients, their most circular role is to perform accurately and efficiently in the operating rooms.

Salary: 187,200

Education: before the surgeons are qualified to operate, they must meet a set of challenging education requirements. These generally include four years of undergraduate study, four years of medical school leading to a doctor of medicine degree and plus you need a 3-8 years of surgical residency at a  hospital.

Las Vegas Mass Murdering

The Las Vegas mass murdering was a really scary moment for the people that were in that concert. thinking that you're there to have a fun time in a concert but never expected for a shooting to go on and ended 58 lives and left atleast 500 injured on sunday night. The gunman shooted from a 32nd floor of a las vegas hotel. Paddock had 12 of his rifles with a legal device called a bump of firestock.  what i ask myself is that why would he do that to those poor people that had 0 fault that he wanted to kill himself. if he really wanted to kill someone he shouldve killed himself not go and harm other people because he feels like he doesnt want to live. in my opinion they should have more supervison not only in hotels but in other places mostly right now that were in a really cruel place where other people don't care what they do to others. he should've gone to therapy to get help because now theirs places where they could help you not just go and shoot all these innocent people. i feel like now these you can't go out without thinking that theirs someone out there that wants to harm people.
