some tips that are applied here are for you to always be truth and never lie about something that really didn't happen. you could also be saying the truth but then leaving some parts of the story out. you also have to stay committed no matter what because you don't want to stay in bad seen. you also  have to stay truth to yourself and others. always treat yourself when  you tell the truth. also in you are joking with one of your friends you always have to make sure they know it's a joke because you don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. also if you use sarcasm make sure that it doesn't hurt anybody's feelings. also make sure that if yu are committed to do it and don't say anything you aren't going to take action for. if you catch yourself lying be considerate and think about if you hurt anyone's feelings and it might affect them in any ways. in my personal experience if i catch myself lying then i should back away and make sure i tell te truth because i don't wnat to seem like a liar. i also wouldn't like getting caught lying because if i do they will think something bad about me and it might affect my reputation.we also have to talk to ourself and pick what we want to do wisely because we might be getting in trouble.
